Disclaimer

ugcs.farm is a creative tool. We do not author, review, or endorse the content you produce with it — and we are not responsible for what you do with that content.

Effective May 2, 2026. If we update these terms materially, we’ll bump this date and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.

We are a tool, not a publisher

ugcs.farm is software that helps you analyse short reference videos and produce prompts and reference stills tuned for third-party video models. We don’t pre-screen inputs, vet outputs, or curate what you generate. We don’t host your published videos and we have no editorial control over what you choose to publish or monetise. Functionally and legally, you are the creator; we provide the workbench.

You are the author of every prompt, asset, and video produced with the Service. All copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and platform-compliance responsibility sits with you.

Intellectual property is your responsibility

Source material

Before you upload a clip or paste a URL, you must hold the rights — or have permission from the rights-holder — to use that material with an automated analysis and generation tool. The fact that a clip can be downloaded from a public platform is not the same as having a licence to remix or re-publish it. Music, dialogue, embedded brand marks, and on-camera talent each carry separate rights you may need to clear independently.

Brand marks and trademarks

Replacing a product, logo, or brand element with another using the Service does not grant you a licence to that brand, and does not absolve you of trademark, trade-dress, false-advertising, or comparative-advertising obligations. If you swap your competitor’s product into a clip and run it as paid advertising, that’s on you.

Likeness, publicity, and consent

If a real person appears in your inputs or your generated outputs, you are responsible for obtaining model releases, publicity-rights consents, and any other clearances required in every jurisdiction where the resulting video may be viewed. Generating videos that depict celebrities, athletes, public figures, or any identifiable individual without explicit and documented consent is a misuse of the Service.

What AI outputs are — and aren't

Generative video and image models are statistical systems trained on enormous datasets that we do not control and cannot fully audit. Outputs may inadvertently:

  • resemble copyrighted works, photographs, or characters present in the model’s training data;
  • resemble real, identifiable people we cannot detect in advance;
  • render trademarks, logos, or other brand elements;
  • contain factual inaccuracies, fabricated quotes, or fabricated events.

We make no warranty that outputs are original, free from infringement, or fit for any particular use. Review every output before publishing it. If something looks like it crosses a line, regenerate, edit, or don’t use it.

Platform and advertising compliance

Each distribution surface (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) sets its own rules for AI-generated content, synthetic media, deceptive practices, political content, health and finance claims, and required disclosures. Those rules change. You are responsible for reading them, complying with them, and labelling AI content where required. Penalties for non-compliance — including ad-account bans — are between you and the platform.

Not legal, financial, or professional advice

Anything produced through the Service — and anything written on this page or our marketing site — is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. If you need that kind of advice, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

Reporting concerns

If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your rights — or if you have a privacy or safety concern — email legal@ugcs.farm. The procedure for IP claims is described in section 7 of our Terms of Service.
